MLB World Series Game 1

81-80 on MLB up 10.88 units

11-5 on MLB Playoffs up 20.53 units

Dodgers at +155 for 2 units. Kershaw has been solid this postseason. Manny Machado and Freese hit Chris Sale well. Machado is 6-19 with a homer against him. JD Martinez hits Kershaw well, but it is a small sample size. Kimbrel worries me a little for Boston, he has just sneaked by in his recent saves. Bellinger and Puig have been batting better recently than they were at the start of the playoffs. If this bet wins, I may place a wager on the Red Sox to win the World Series at better value than it is right now. Kershaw at +155 is too good to pass up.

Soccer October 23rd – Champions League

41-31-5 on Soccer since World Cup up 18.70 units

Manchester City at -285 for 3 units.

Bayern Munich at -435 for 4 units.

Manchester City/Munich Parlay for 4 units to win 2.7 units. Both of these clubs are second in their group and need a win. They both looked great in their first domestic game after the international break. Both teams have a great striker in Aguero and Lewandowski. Both teams have won their only other away champions league match this season. Going to send it.

Tennis October 23rd – Vienna Open

71-39-4 on tennis up 15.23 units

John Isner at -148 for 3 units. Isner will get revenge on Cameron Norrie here. Isner is one of 3 players fighting for the final spot of the ATP World Tour Finals. Neither one of these players have been that great on hard surfaces this season, but Isner is the more talented player. Norrie is only here as a lucky loser.

Fabio Fognini at -148 for 7 units. Damir Dzumhur is in terrible form. Fognini lost to him last time out and will get revenge today. Fognini looked solid in Stockholm, while Damir hasn’t looked good since Turkey. The Italian #1 is the far more talented player and he is still going for the Italian record 4th tournament win in a year. That should be enough motivation for him. The health of Fognini’s ankle keeps me from making this a max play.

Kohlschreiber, Philipp at -153 for 4 units. Kohlschreiber does well in the high altitudes of Austria. Lucas Pouille won this tournament last season, but he has never won a set on hardcourts against the German. Both players are talented, but Kohlschreiber is in better form.
