45-46-6 on Hockey last season and went up 10.46 units

I was down a lot on hockey last season, but made in back on the NHL playoffs and overs over in Finland. It isn’t NHL playoff season, but Finland begins their domestic season today.

JYP/IFK Helsinki over 5 at -110 for 4 units.

KooKoo/SaiPa over 5 at -125 for 4 units.

TPS Turku/Hameenlinna over 5 at -110 for 4 units.

I could give you stats like JYP’s past 5 games have gone over this total or KooKoo’s games have gone over in 4 of the past 5 or SaiPa’s last 3 have gone over… but they are Finnish overs.. I think Aladdin said it best “Do you trust me?”

NHL Playoffs May 23rd

43-45-6 in Hockey up 6.84 units

Caps – Lightning over 5.5 at +110 for 3 units. Four out of the six games in this series have gone over. Andrei Vasilevskiy has been playing well, but the Caps have just been getting so many shots on goal. The Capitals played more physical last game than any other point in the series. I think the Lightning will respond to this physicality with some adjustments tonight that should lead to goals.

Caps at +132 for 3 units. Caps just have too much firepower to lose this series in my opinion. Alex Ovechkin and Tom Wilson were physical in Game 6 and I expect that to carry over. T.J. Oshie was solid. If the Capitals execute their game plan again (like they did in Game 6) they will win. Capitals have played well in Tampa this series so it being an away game for the Capitals does not worry me. I think this game should be a coin flip or the Caps slightly favored; therefore, I am taking the Caps at what I perceive as value.

NHL Playoffs May 21st

42-44-6 in Hockey up 5.51 units

Vegas is going to their first Stanley Cup! The Golden Knights have yet to lose a playoff series in their storied and lengthy history. If Fleury gets a Stanley Cup win with an expansion team… Vegas and the bookies will lose a lot of money. Let’s hope that happens..

Caps at -120 for 4 units. CAPS HAVE ONLY BEEN LOSING BECAUSE I FORGOT TO WRITE IN ALL CAPS. IT IS THE CAPS YEAR SO THEY WILL WIN. CAPS WIN THIS GAME AND LOSE GAME 7 IN OVERTIME IN TRUE CAPS FASHION. CAPS ALREADY WON THEIR STANLEY CUP BY BEATING THE PENGUINS SO THEY DON’T NEED ANOTHER ONE ANYWAY.

Caps Lightning over 6 at +114 for 2 units. The Caps hit the metal a lot last game and there were still 5 goals in the game. Caps have to get an early goal if they want to win in my opinion. Also, if the Lightning get up a little, there could be some empty net-Caps giving up goals here that push the over over.

NHL Playoffs May 17th

42-43-5 in Hockey up 8.51 units

4-1 on picking the winner in the past 5 NHL games. Missed the under last night by 2 seconds. Can’t be mad at Marchessault for scoring on the empty net though, that is what he is paid to do. I am sure it made a lot of Vegas fans and the over backers happy. The Golden Knights went up a goal early, then the Jets tied, then the Knights went up 2 goals. The Jets dominated the 3rd period after coach Paul Maurice went off on his players. Byfuglien separated the meddling kids in the 3rd period (he is a strong man). Knights do not win that game without Fleury.

Caps ML at -116 for 3 units. Caps can’t lose both games in Washington.. can they? Caps got outhit and outshot in Game 3, but I think they respond well tonight. Ovechkin and the Caps will get out to another early lead like they did the first two games this series. I honestly believe whoever wins this game, wins the series. Caps got down 3-0 last game, but they still played well in the 3rd period and only lost 4-2. Stamkos said the Lightning played with a lot more “structure” in Game 3, I expect the Caps to make the necessary adjustments tonight. Holtby can’t play much worse than he did last game and the Caps still only lost by 2.

Caps – Lightning under 6 for 1 unit. I think we get a more even game they we have got all series tonight. I expect a 3-2 or 4-2 win for the Caps. Every game has either hit this total or gone over, I think we get an under tonight. Holtby only had 19 saves last game while allowing 4 goals for the first time this postseason. I think he gets back on track tonight.

NHL Playoffs May 16th

41-42-5 in Hockey up 7.28 units

Caps never got going against the Lightning. Victor Hedman had a great game for Tampa with a goal and two assists for the defenseman. Caps gave up too many power plays that left Holtby stranded (some of the penalties were soft). These NHL refs have been pretty bad these playoffs in my opinion. Tampa also stopped all 3 of Washington’s power plays. I expect the Caps to bounce back and win Game 4.

Knights at -135 for 3 units. Fleury looked great last game and I expect more of the same here. Both these teams have only lost once when they score first these playoffs. Jets have been great on the road this postseason, but I just think the Knights figured the Jets out last game. Knights won home ice advantage last game and they won’t give it up tonight.

Knights – Jets under 5.5 for 1 unit. Connor Hellebuyck will have a better game for the Jets. Fleury has looked solid this series. Knights have struggled to score on the power play lately, but they have done well on the penalty kill.
