West Ham +0 for 4 units at -230. Not great odds, but if West Ham plays as well as they have in recent games they will win. I would bet money line, but cup games are always a little weird and Shrewsbury is second in League One. Shrewsbury have only 6 goals in their last 5 games. West Ham’s defense has looked a lot better lately than it did earlier in the premier league season. Joe Hart could be in goal for West Ham, which would mean something to him as he used to play for Shrewsbury years ago. I think David Moyes will want to prove he has made the Hammers better even on short rest and go for the victory.
Celta Vigo +1.5 for 2 units at -152. I bet Celta against a Messi-less Barcelona side and they tied, but Celta looked like the better side. You know who else won’t have Messi? Real Madrid! All jokes aside, Real Madrid have struggled this season and won’t have some key defenders. Ronaldo has 7 less goals than Iago Aspas does for Celta Vigo. Real Madrid could turn it on here in the new year, but I think Celta Vigo will be up to the task. Daniel Wass and Sisto have been assist/passing masters this season and I expect that to continue.

Leganes only have 3 goals in their last 5 La Liga games. Real Sociedad scored 3 goals against Sevilla and their solid defense in their last game. La Real looks like they have figured out their offenses woes they suffered form earlier in the season.
